The part(s) have not been used for non-OEM application including but not limited to; off road use, racing use, swaps, or anything that is different from the original manufacturers intended use. 3.) The part(s) have not been altered, modified, diassembled, overheated or damaged. 4.) The customer has their original invoice. 5.) Absolutely NO returns if the return is requested any later than 30 days from delivery date of shipment, unless specified otherwise. 6.) Non-defective parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are good for in store credit only. Buyer is also responsible for shipping both ways. The order is considered complete and the transaction made with in-store credit that was issued by a previous return will be separate and a new transaction shall be started on a new invoice separate from the previous return. 1.) Exchanges at Dirty Mike’s Automotive are allowed ONLY on parts that are sold, labeled, advertised, or packaged as Remanufactired. 2.) Non-defective exchanges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. 3.) Customers are responsible to cover any/all shipping costs for any item send back to DIrty Mike’s Automotive as well as for any item that will be returned to the buyer that will be considered as a replacement for any exchange or warranty item. 4.) Exchanges are limited to "alike" parts (meaning the same make/model vehicle and part type) 5.) Exchanges are non-transferable and left-over credit for the part is not allowed for shipping costs. 6.) Store Credit will be provided for any funds still available after the return. 7.) Store credit can only be used towards our available parts under the same inventory. [For example a part that is purchased and labeled under our used inventory can not be exchanged for any part labeled as Remanufactired or New.] 8.) We require your invoice and contact information for the package you are returning.

All products purchased that are labeled as “Remanufactured” or “New”, and are considered to be defective as defined below, are covered by a limited lifetime warranty and will be completely replaced with no additional fees or costs charged directly by Dirty Mike’s Automotive. LIMITED WARRANTY Dirty Mike’s Automotive offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for any product purchased from Dirty Mike’s Automotive including, but not limited to: hardware, vehicle parts, or accessories, as supplied by the manufacturer, which is non-transferable, and made ONLY to the original purchaser. Most of Dirty Mike’s Automotive products are covered by this Limited Warranty, however, some exceptions may apply. Warranty is only applicable to individual item(s) listed on an invoice/order. A warranty does not cover the complete order even if multiple items are included together in a package. Warranty coverage information is included prior to purchase. This Limited Warranty begins at the time and date purchased as listed on the order invoice and last for the length of time described in the product's warranty.
