This is a brand new read bumper cover for a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. I bought it in order to replace on my car before the tranny blew. It has sat in my garage and has been moved around in the garage for a year so has some scratches but nothing that won’t come out when buffing it before painting. It is the Matt black part has no paint yet. Really just need this gone so price is negotiable.
