1998 Ford Crown Victoria Transmission

This transmission was recently purchased for $2100 newly rebuilt and installed by a pro-shop. A few months later, the engine acquired a loud knocking noise diagnosed as a stripped spark plug hole, so it has not been driven since. The original paperwork for the transmission itemizes the car's mileage. From the time they put it in till it became undrivable, there is only 8,000 miles on the transmission. I will sell just the transmission for a cost of $1200, that being a savings of $900 alone if you were to buy one newly rebuilt. I will also sell the whole car for $1200. We have had the car since 2009 and have all the receipts for maintenance and repairs.
