Bought this new stock mopar amplifier (radio-multi media part # 68307655AL) for my 2019 Ram 1500 because I thought the original was defective (through bad advice) when installing an aftermarket audio system. Found out the original was fine once I took it to some professionals. Ram dealership does not accept returns on anything…even if never used. Still in Mopar packaging. Literally never used. Just opened box.
